Knutsson Holdings AB (former Knutssonbolagen AB) is the holding company, which is wholly owned by the Knutsson family. The business was established as early as 1959.

Knutssonbolagen’s scope of business is in the entertainment sector focusing on gaming, both as operator and as a supplier of gaming equipment. In addition to gaming, the Knutsson group of companies has interest in Restaurants, Health Care, IT, Tyre recycling and Trotting horses.

The vision of Knutsson Holdings is to directly, or with partners, become one of the largest key-players within the gaming industry in the Nordic countries and is well prepared for the possible changes in legislation that should take place within a few years. The ability to combine traditional games with technical innovation is a must, and the Group is well positioned for the future. For the moment, the majority of Gaming companies in the Nordic countries are mainly state or charity owned whilst the privately owned companies can only operate in restricted arenas. Knutsson Trotting AB
The company owns over 30 trotting horses, including a stallion, breeding mares, racing horses, yearlings and foals.

Rasta Group AB (publ)
The company is listed on The Swedish Stock Exchange - First North. Knutsson Holdings is the third largest owner. Rasta operates around 20 motorway service stations in Sweden.

March 1, 2007, Rasta acquired the entire catering of Scandinavia's largest outdoor arena - Nya Ullevi in Göteborg.

Darabee Ltd
Knutsson Holdings is minority share holder in the company which is based in Beijing. It has a joint venture with China Gloria Ltd, the largest lottery operator in China, to manage and operate lottery halls in several provinces in mainland China. The Chinese lottery market is one of the fastest growing gaming markets in the world.

SolidIcon AB
Solidicon, a privately held corporation based in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a game developer and inventor of products for the gaming industry. Solidicon has developed a game engine with the capacity to show very detailed 3D environments in real-time. The technology also makes it possible to create an endless number of outcomes for game events such as virtual horse racing.

Furthermore, it allows casino operators to customize the product to make it more personal, such as dynamic in-game advertisement spots. Solidicon's games and products are distributed by TCSJOHNHUXLEY and IGT. Knutsson Holdings is the second largest shareholder in Solidicon.

Offside
Knutsson Holdings has a minority share in the magazine “Offside” which is covering football only. It is well recognized by the media industry and hard core football lovers and, in 2002, won the prestigious price “Svenska Journalistpriset”.

KL Capital AB
A jointly owned company together with Provobis Holding AB. The company invests in new businesses within the entertainment industry.

The company has also interest in two trotting horses, Ladbrokes Casino and Brine Lagun.

Between 2001 and 2007 KL Capital owned 88 % in Sponsio Ltd who had an agreement with Ladbrokes Plc. Sponsio succesfully introduced Ladbrokes's trade mark and recruited over 350 000 customers to www.ladbrokes.com in the Nordic Countries. More than 40 % of Ladbrokes Poker customers were accounted from Nordic players.

In Januari 2007 Ladbrokes Plc bought Sponsio Ltd.

KL Capital has a minority share in Scandinavian Enviro Systems who has developed a faster and more enviroment friendly technology to recycle tyres.

KL Capital has a minority share in NetClean who has developed software that identifies and protects internal networks against child pornography images through the use of digital image recognition. NetClean Technologies cooperates with the National Police Board, the World Childhood Foundation and ECPAT.
