TCSJOHNHUXLEY announces the appointment of Roger Hawkins as Chief Executive Officer of its operations across the Americas. Based in Las Vegas, Roger will be responsible for the successful development of the Group’s business interests throughout North America, South America and the Caribbean.
Having joined the company in 2003, Roger assumed the role of Managing Director for UK / Europe and was responsible for the relocation of manufacturing from London to a state-of-the-art purpose built facility in Stoke-on-Trent. Under Roger’s leadership, this operation has evolved into a world-leading manufacturing, servicing and sales administration base producing the highest quality gaming products available.
The opportunity to develop the US operation using a similar blueprint was a challenge that Roger could not resist. “The importance of this booming market requires us to build on our already strong presence.” He continues, “My task is to take this to the next level adopting best practice and synergy learnt from the European operation – driving a focused and dynamic sales team and creating a service division that will be known as the best in the industry as we have here in the UK”.
Roger and his family will relocate to Las Vegas within the next 3 months, however he takes up his position immediately.
